Armas for Arkansas
16611 Patterson Rd, Pea Ridge, AR 72751
Justice Brian Armas
Brian Armas currently serves as a Justice of the Peace for District 6, representing some 20,000 residents of Pea Ridge, Garfield, Gateway, Little Flock, and a large part of unincorporated eastern Benton County. He was first elected to serve on the Quorum Court in 2020, winning reelection in 2022 and a third term in 2024.
In just five years on the Quorum Court, Armas has successfully pushed for and continues to promote common-sense deregulation for county residents. He chaired a committee on Planning and Building Safety, securing exemptions for tens of thousands of residents with permit-free agricultural buildings as well as utility structures, fences, and decks.
Brian often quotes Ronald Reagan: “…man is not free unless government is limited … As government expands, liberty contracts.” as he fights to limit government overreach and protect the rights and liberties of Benton County residents.
“We live in one of the fastest-growing regions in the Nation. As we continue to grow we must continue to fight for property rights, lower taxes, and deregulation to ensure a prosperous life for all Arkansans.”

Personal Background
Brian was raised in East Texas, and and has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for more than 25 years. Brian has been married to his wife, Kara, for 27 years. They have eight children: Malachi (26), Sara (24), Hannah (22), Grace (20), Isaac (13), Benjamin (9), Jeremiah (7), and Faith (2). They also have three amazing kids-in-law, and six grandchildren: Ezra, Calvin, Brielle, Bellamy, Hazel, and Beatrix.
Brian is a marketing professional, specializing in small business growth and non-profit communications. He has owned his own small business since 2011.
Brian & Kara and their five youngest children live on a small 16-acre farm in rural Benton County just outside of Pea Ridge, where they homeschool their children. They are members of Reformation Baptist Church in Centerton, but also host church services for a small church plant in their barn.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys woodworking, working on the farm, and playing in the creek with his kids.

Strong Property Rights
I know the value of hard work and the pride that comes from owning a home, a piece of land, and a small business. What a family builds should never be at the mercy of government overreach or red tape. I believe every Arkansan ought to have the freedom to enjoy, protect, and pass down what’s rightfully theirs without fear of it being taxed away or taken by force. I’ll fight to make sure those rights are always protected, because when property rights are strong, families are strong.

Proudly Pro-Gun
As a lifelong gun enthusiast and defender of liberty, I will always stand firm for the constitutional right of every law-abiding Arkansan to keep and bear arms. The Second Amendment is not up for negotiation. It is a cornerstone of our freedom and a safeguard for our families. I will oppose every attempt at government overreach or gun control that threatens that freedom. I am proud to support Arkansas’s Stand Your Ground law, Act 250, passed in 2021, because no citizen should ever be forced to retreat when protecting themselves or their loved ones. I will fight relentlessly to ensure our rights are preserved, our freedoms are protected, and our people remain strong and secure.

Unashamedly Pro-Life
I believe that every human life is sacred, created in the very image of God, and worthy of dignity and protection. I will never waver, never compromise, and never stop fighting for the rights of the unborn. As long as I have the privilege to serve, I will stand unashamedly for life and ensure that Arkansas is a place where every child has the chance to live and flourish. This is more than a belief … it is a calling.

Educational Freedom
No one loves and cares for a child more than their own mom and dad. That’s why I believe parents — not bureaucrats, not politicians, not special interests — should decide how and where their children are educated. Every Arkansas family deserves the freedom to choose the school that best fits their child’s needs, whether that’s public, private, charter, or homeschool. I will fight to protect educational freedom and ensure parents have the final say in raising and educating their children. In the classroom, the doctor’s office, or the home, I will always stand with parents.

Pro Business
As a small business owner, I know firsthand the struggles, risks, and sacrifices it takes to build something from the ground up. Too often, entrepreneurs are met with red tape, high taxes, and government interference that crush innovation before it has a chance to succeed. I will fight to tear down those barriers and create an environment where Arkansans with vision and grit can thrive. Every Arkansan deserves the freedom to grow their business endeavors without unnecessary regulation. When small businesses succeed, families prosper, communities grow stronger, and our state’s economy flourishes.
